There are so many web sites with limited information regarding the patches of the MP Corps and places on the internet where you can purchase these patches, but to date no one source of images is available for these patches, both active and inactive units. Hopefully, you will find this comprehensive photo history of Military Police Corps patches of interest. This study does not include Division, Corps and Army MP Companies or Battalions, nor does it include provisional MP Units or Detachments.

Included in this photo history are also listed, the units which were assigned to these commands during their history. Anyone having knowledge of additional units attached or assigned to these major MP Commands, kindly contact the originator of this document.

PROVOST MARSHAL GENERALS STAFF

Since the Provost Marshal General is assigned to the General Staff of the United States Army, he and all members of his staff wear this patch.

 

PROVOST MARSHAL GENERAL CENTER - Inactive

US Army Provost Marshal General’s Patch which was worn both with the USAMPS and the 3rd Army Patch in the past, but no longer in use today.
